Confirmation, Payment, and Waiver

IMPORTANT NOTE
Before we can process your application, you will need to submit payment and complete the release of liability below.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Please use the button below to review and digitally sign the TCSS waiver. You may use the button as many times as needed to completed waivers for you and any Associate Members (see below).
A separate Release of Liability is required for the Primary Member (you) and for your adult Associate Member(s). Associate Members sign their Release of Liability by clicking on the Sign Digital Waiver box below just like the Primary Member or they can select the Member Waiver link in the Links menu at the bottom of the main page of the website.
A Parent or Legal Guardian will also need to complete a Release of Liability for Associate Members under the age of 18 by again clicking on the Sign Digital Waiver button. A single Release of Liability form can be used to cover all minors by selecting the number of minors at the bottom of the Release of Liability and entering the appropriate information.
Your member application will not be processed and member cards provided until we have received a signed Release of Liability for each Member and Associate Member and all have completed an on-site range orientation.
